Accessibility Statement

Compliance and Standards

This website adheres to the accessibility guidelines outlined in the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law (Service Accessibility Adjustments) 5773-2013 (Regulation 35), and conforms to Israeli Standard IS 5568 Level AA, which is based on the internationally recognized Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1 Level AA) established by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

Built-in Accessibility Toolbar (NagishLi)

An integrated accessibility toolbar (powered by NagishLi) is pinned to the bottom of the screen. Clicking the accessibility icon opens an interactive settings drawer that allows users to customize their visual and reading experience:

• Text Sizing: Scale typography larger or smaller without breaking layout geometry.
• Contrast Modes: Toggle between dark contrast, light contrast, inverted colors, and monochrome viewing.
• Font Readability: Swap styled fonts with clear, high-legibility system typefaces.
• Highlight Interactive Elements: Add distinct outlines and underlines to all clickable links and controls.
• Halt Motion: Freeze continuous animations, auto-scrolls, and dynamic visual shaders.
• Reading Guides: High-visibility cursor guides to assist line-by-line reading focus.

Engineered Technical Accommodations

• Complete Keyboard Navigation: All interactive components, dialogs, forms, and scoping bot options can be operated strictly via keyboard using Tab, Shift+Tab, Enter, Arrow keys, and Escape.
• Visible Focus Indicators: Prominent high-contrast focus rings appear on all active elements during keyboard navigation.
• Semantic Document Architecture: Built using modern HTML5 structural landmarks (header, nav, main, footer, section) and strict heading rank order (H1 through H4).
• Screen Reader Optimization: Explicit ARIA labeling, descriptive text alternatives for informational imagery, and aria-hidden masking on decorative 3D canvases.
• Motion Preference Respect: Native support for the prefers-reduced-motion media query, preventing sudden movement and smoothing 3D canvas rendering.
• Responsive Layout Integrity: Verified for effortless consumption across micro viewports (down to 320px) up to ultra-wide displays without horizontal clipping.
